Olde Richmond

Olde Richmond is a neighborhood north of Fishtown and east of Kensington. It runs from York Street (south) to Leigh Ave (north) and Trenton Ave (west) to the Delaware river (east). Development is spilling over from nearby Fishtown and you'll find similar new construction as Fishtown but for asking prices that are a little lower. The neighborhoods of Olde Richmond, Fishtown, and Olde Kensington mesh old school vibes with new people calling Philadelphia their home and together they create an amazing community.
