Northern Liberties

While every neighborhood in Philadelphia is unique, no other neighborhood has a more eclectic mix of families, couples, renters, owners, entrepreneurs, techies, and foodies. Northern Liberties is bordered by Old City to the south and Fishtown to the northeast. It features a huge privately owned neighborhood park, community garden, and dog park. Note since the parks are privately owned, feel free to bring a picnic with a bottle of wine or a 6 pack!

Development in Northern Liberties has sky rocketed in the past decade and the neighborhood has been transformed into a safe retreat from downtown city life. Even though there's been an increasing number of new construction and home renovations, the active neighborhood association has been able to retain the original neighborhood vibe while welcoming new residents and business owners.
