The Icehouse is one of the few GREEN LEED Certified developments in the neighborhood! This one of a kind private community consists of 35 units ranging from 530 square feet all the way up to 1600 square feet and are spectacular!

Exceptionally easy access to Center City via buses, but even more so via the Market-Frankford Line, as well as easy access to I-95.
