Simply stated, Liberty Estate Townhomes are stunning! In terms of their design, style and class, they’re positively one of a kind. With elevators, garages, and multiple outdoors spaces for each estate, you may never want to leave.
One of the main things I look at in a home is the kitchen. We all know why, right? Because the kitchen always seems to be the gathering point, regardless if it’s friends joining you for cocktails, or a nice sit down dinner, the kitchen always ends up being the roundabout. With that said, I can’t think of any other homes that have a better layout and top of the line chef style kitchens than these. And really, when I say top of the line, I mean it; the kitchens include Wolf, Sub Zero and to top it off, imported Italian cabinets with fabulous countertops that offer cascading waterfall stone edges and enormous kitchen islands to boot. And because these homes offer the extra wide body, that means there’s a dining room beside the kitchen, which is quite rare in today’s new construction.
With a master suite that encompasses an entire floor and offers a bathroom with huge soaking tubs, impeccable finishes including Kohler and Grohe, heated floors, dual vanities, decks and closets beyond your imagination, what could be better? Oh, I know; what about another deck but this one’s right off your master suite.
There’s custom craftsmanship throughout, including woodwork that offers solid core doors, gorgeous trim, exquisite hardwood walnut flooring and beautiful baseboards, too. The ironwork in these homes includes a railing system that’s incredible and is a must see. And the extra wide living area that has heated floors also has a built in fireplace with stone ledge that’s magnificent space, which spills onto the significant sized rear tiled deck. But wait, there’s more…there are theater rooms, game rooms, large wet bars and the list goes on.
Another sweet spot of mine is outdoor space, which these homes have a sizeable amount of. With roof decks compromising of wet bars, kitchenettes, refrigerator, and a built in grill, life is great!
Steps away from our wonderful grocery store, Starbucks, PA State Store, pet stores, restaurants, including Jaxon BYO, cafes, Orianna Hill Dog Park, Liberty Lands Park and The Schmidt’s Common with the magnificent Piazza. Best of all, incredibly easy access to the Market Frankford line, SEPTA buses and highways, too.
