1834 Frankford is a 24-unit development on Frankford Avenue in the fantastic neighborhood of Fishtown. 12 of the 24 units are mostly completed at the time of producing this article, with the other 12 homes some time away.

At 1834 Frankford, there are two type homes in the development, a garden style home that benefits from private backyard/green space immediately out their back door and the other type home benefits from an massive green roof with immeasurable views of the city all around!

The garden style homes have an open floor plan on the main floor. The 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, have great closet space and 2 full baths.
