1834 Frankford is a 24-unit development on Frankford Avenue in the fantastic neighborhood of Fishtown. 12 of the 24 units are mostly completed at the time of producing this article, with the other 12 homes some time away.

At 1834 Frankford, there are two type homes in the development, a garden style home that benefits from private backyard/green space immediately out their back door and the other type home benefits from an massive green roof with immeasurable views of the city all around!

The garden style homes have an open floor plan on the main floor. The 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, have great closet space and 2 full baths.

The homes that have roof decks also offer a similar open floor plan and a boasting 10’ high ceiling, too. The 2 sizeable bedrooms in these homes happen to be upstairs and have ample closets with 2 full baths.  In addition to a roof deck, the master suite also enjoys a balcony overlooking Frankford Avenue.

All homes are being offered with custom finishes, quartz countertops, Groehe plumbing fixtures, stainless steel appliances and attractive tile work. Also significant is the endless amount of natural light emitted in each home because of the large windows.

Steps away are really incredible local businesses. Some of my favorites include Kensington Quarters, Johnny Brenda’s, Riverwards Produce Market, The Rocket Cat Café, Pizza Brain, Little Baby’s Ice Cream, Soup Kitchen Café, Loco Pez, Evil Genius Beer Company and Martha. In addition, other places nearby include the most incredible Wm. Mulherin’s Sons, Root Restaurant + Wine Bar, Philadelphia Brewing Company, CHeU noodle bar and of course, La Colombe.

Exceptionally easy access to Center City via buses, but even more so via the Market-Frankford Line, as well as easy access to I-95.
