Earlier this morning I received an email from Trident Mortgage (my preferred lender) with this fantastic news about the $1500 credit... It's pretty straight forward; For a limited time, loan apps taken on or after April 1, 2017 for buyers that are qualified and receiving up to 95%-97% max financing loan-to-value (or refi loans). HFA Preferred Risk Sharing and the HFA Preferred programs may also qualify for the $1500 credit, which can only be used for your closing costs.
