Over the last six years, Nicole has worked on all spectrums of the Philadelphia Real Estate Market. She started out entering title insurance orders & scheduling settlements for Prudential Fox & Roach’s sister company, Trident Land Transfer. She then began working full time in both the Post-Closing & Conveyancing Departments where she learned first hand the skills needed to get buyers & sellers smoothly & successfully to the settlement table. In 2007, she made the transition to an Office Assistant for The CenterCity.com Sales Team & soon thereafter enrolled in Real Estate Classes at Temple where she obtained her Real Estate License.
