Art Museum

The Art Museum area includes the Fairmount and Spring Garden neighborhoods of Philadelphia. It houses a wide variety of single family town homes, high-rise buildings, and brownstone conversion projects. One block might be a quiet oasis on a tree-lined street while another block might be home to some of the best neighborhood bars and restaurants. The area is very convenient, with easy access to major highways and a quick walk or bike ride to Fairmount park.
